4Travel eSIM Services

aDevice Compatibility

eSIM services are only available on compatible, unlocked devices that support eSIM technology. You are responsible for verifying that your device is compatible before purchasing. Cubo Mobile does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

bActivation

eSIM plans are activated electronically and cannot be transferred to another device once activated. Activation is subject to availability in the relevant country or region.

cCoverage and Network

Cubo Mobile eSIM plans rely on local and partner network operators in each country. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or full-coverage service. Coverage may vary by location, network conditions, device, and local operator restrictions.

dData Usage and Fair Use

All data plans are subject to fair use policies. Cubo Mobile reserves the right to restrict, throttle, or suspend data service where usage is excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with personal use. Specific fair use limits will be published in your plan details.

eExpiry

eSIM data plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused data allowances will not carry over after the plan expiry date unless stated otherwise.

fProhibited Uses

eSIM plans may not be used for:

• Resale or commercial redistribution of data
• Tethering or hotspot use beyond what is explicitly permitted in your plan
• Machine-to-machine (M2M) communication unless a specific plan permits it
• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity

5Virtual Number Services

Cubo Mobile offers virtual phone numbers, including local and international numbers, that allow users to send and receive calls and messages. By activating a virtual number, you agree to the following:

aNumber Assignment

Virtual numbers are assigned to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. All virtual numbers provided through Cubo Mobile are owned by the underlying carrier or network operator from whom Cubo Mobile leases number capacity. Cubo Mobile does not own the numbers and acts as an intermediary between you and the carrier. Numbers are not portable to other providers unless explicitly stated.

bNumber Availability

The availability of specific numbers, area codes, or country codes cannot be guaranteed, as this depends on the inventory and decisions of the underlying carrier or operator. Cubo Mobile reserves the right to reassign or reclaim a number where required by the carrier, where your account lapses, or where the number becomes inactive for an extended period.

cRegulatory Compliance

Virtual number services are subject to the telecommunications regulations of the country in which the number is issued. You must use virtual numbers in compliance with all applicable local laws, including those governing identity verification, spam, and unsolicited communications.

dProhibited Uses

You may not use virtual numbers for:

• Spam, robocalling, phishing, or unsolicited marketing without consent
• Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation
• Any unlawful purpose, including activities prohibited in the number's country of issue
• Resale of number capacity without prior written authorisation from Cubo Mobile

6VoIP Calling Services

Cubo Mobile provides Voice over IP (VoIP) calling services that enable users to make and receive calls over an internet connection. By using Cubo Mobile VoIP services, you agree to the following:

aCall Quality

VoIP call quality depends on your internet connection speed, network stability, device capabilities, and other factors outside of Cubo Mobile's control. We do not guarantee a minimum call quality standard.

bEmergency Services — Important Notice

cAcceptable Use

VoIP services must not be used for:

• Bulk, automated, or unsolicited calling (robocalling or autodialling)
• Fraudulent calls, scam activity, or impersonation
• Calls that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resale of call capacity or minutes without prior written authorisation
• Artificially inflating traffic or engaging in call arbitrage

dRegulatory Compliance

VoIP calling services are subject to telecommunications regulations in the countries of origin and destination. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VoIP services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

eService Limitations

Cubo Mobile reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate VoIP services where usage is inconsistent with these Terms, or where required by law or by a network operator or regulator.

7Payments and Billing

Details of pricing, payment methods, billing cycles, and refund policies will be published on the Cubo Mobile platform at the time of service launch. By purchasing any Cubo Mobile service, you agree to pay all applicable charges.

Cubo Mobile reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Purchased plans will be honoured at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Refunds, where available, will be subject to the refund policy published at the time of service launch. Activated eSIM plans or used calling credit may not be eligible for refund.

8Account Registration and Verification

Where account registration is required to use Cubo Mobile services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify Cubo Mobile immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including charges incurred through service use.

aOTP SMS Verification

Cubo Mobile uses one-time password (OTP) verification delivered via SMS to verify your mobile phone number during account registration and for certain account actions (such as login, password reset, or changes to account details). By registering an account, you agree to provide a valid mobile phone number and consent to receiving OTP messages from Cubo Mobile for verification purposes.

bOTP Usage Rules

• OTP codes are single-use and expire within a short time period (typically 5–10 minutes)
• You must not share OTP codes with any third party — Cubo Mobile will never ask for your OTP
• Standard SMS rates from your mobile carrier may apply when receiving OTP messages
• You are responsible for ensuring the mobile number you register is accurate and accessible to you
• Cubo Mobile is not liable for delays in OTP delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions

cNumber Verification

A mobile phone number verified via OTP is linked to your Cubo Mobile account. If you change your registered number, re-verification will be required. Cubo Mobile reserves the right to suspend account access where verification cannot be completed or where fraudulent verification attempts are detected.

9Email Signups and Waiting List

You may choose to submit your email address to receive updates about Cubo Mobile's launch, product availability, early access, offers, or related announcements.

By submitting your email address, you agree that we may contact you about Cubo Mobile. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at info@cubomobile.com.

Submitting your email address does not guarantee early access, service availability, specific pricing, discounts, or account approval.

10Acceptable Use

In addition to the service-specific restrictions above, you agree not to:
